THE CCW CONCIERGE Membership Plan

Monthly Plan

$ 450 per month billed on the 15th of each month

Designed for patients who value maximum scheduling flexibility, closer follow-up, and enhanced access to their psychiatric provider.

  • Up to 6 scheduled psychiatric appointments per month when clinically appropriate

  • Highest-priority scheduling

  • HIPAA-compliant direct provider communication 

  • Priority evening appointment availability

  • Evening & Saturday availability

  • Medication Management and/or therapy included

  • No cancellation fees (e.g. no-show, late cancellation, terminating membership)

Evening Access:
Monday–Friday, 6 PM–8 PM, subject to provider availability.

Weekend Access:
Saturday by appt only
