Refund Policy

CCW Behavioral Health Services is committed to providing high-quality, professional mental health care. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.

Services and Payments

All payments for services, including membership plans, evaluations, and therapy sessions, are due at the time of service or as outlined in your selected plan.

No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a service has been completed, including therapy sessions, evaluations, or medication management appointments, payments are non-refundable.

Membership Plans

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun. Clients are responsible for understanding the services included in their selected plan prior to enrollment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are expected to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or missed appointments may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

Prepaid Services

For prepaid services, refunds may be considered only if services have not yet been rendered. Any approved refunds will be issued at the discretion of CCW Behavioral Health Services.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
