Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate​
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled to receive a written estimate before receiving any non-emergency services.

This estimate will include the expected costs for your requested services.

You may also request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
